This position is responsible for the supervision of all delivery personnel, daily deliveries of customer orders and preparing daily routes for drivers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION:

Generate pick labels and invoices with the AS400 system.
3.
Monitors and corrects daily routes and any account issues.
4.
Approves timecards and delivery related accounts payable.
5.
Acts a back-up for the Night Warehouse Supervisor and Morning Dispatchers.
8.
Maintain records in accordance with company, contractual or agency policies.
9.
Works under a tight deadline and learns to adjust quickly to changing circumstances.
10.
Maintains satisfactory attendance include timeliness.
11.
Develops, coaches and mentor drivers, including taking disciplinary and/or corrective action as needed, also address any complaints and resolve issues.
12.
Completes other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
1.
High School Diploma or GED 2.
3 yrs of delivery or logistics supervisory experience in a high traffic environment 3.
Skilled in the use of computer applications, including routing software and Microsoft office products.
4.
Required to lift and move product weighing up to 50lbs.
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor of Business Administration Degree 2.
Good problem solver and overcomes obstacles timely.
3.
Good organizational skills, detail oriented and self-motivated.
4.
Possess strong analytical skills 5.
Skilled in communicating and interacting effectively and clearly with all levels of staff and management.
6.
Experience working with all levels and functions within the company.
7.
Proactive in addressing customers needs.
8.
Experience in Logistics and Routing software.
9.
Bilingual in Spanish.
