The Accounts Payable Clerk will function under the direct supervision of the Accounts Payable Coordinator.
The AP Clerk will assist the AP Coordinator with all aspects of accounts payable processing including entry of invoices into computer, maintenance of vendor list, sales taxes, issuance of accounts payable checks, maintenance of miscellaneous receivables and various other assigned duties.
The position requires that all actions be in accordance with established organization and department policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems, sufficient work experience in booking and related fields.
Associates degree in related field preferred.
