Essential Duties and Responsibilities Obtains authorizations for surgeries and special procedures for all RHC specialty offices Liason between the clinics and the hospital Achieves and maintains proficiency in the use, maintenance and support of the Power Shift Staffing/Scheduling program.
Adheres to RuralHealthCenterand Department Assists the operations manager with deployment of flex resource staff Generates and distributes staff worksheets and schedules for various departments.
Makes staffing adjustments as directed and notifies RHC personnel of scheduling changes.
Responsible for processing all department referrals.
