Physical Therapist - Home Health - CMS Direct Hire (Willits, CA)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy curriculum accredited school - Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the process of applying for state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT - Minimum 1 yr HH experience.
Computer charting exp - Cerner or Roadnotes preferred.
- AHA CPR certified.
