Shop Manager - Coffee Roasting Equipment Manufacturer and Installer Description:
Seeking a Plant Manager to lead production efforts in the shop. Duties:
Fabrication and mechanical work for company specializing in industrial coffee roasting systems . Operate fabrication equipment in a safe and efficient manner to cut shapes and metal pieces Weld, Fabricate, Understand drawings, self motivated, Reliable Use various hand tools and power tools Verify dimensions of work pieces and complete Lead and oversee all technical support to the shop processing equipment and general Maintenance. Read, write and understand cad programs and drawings Technical background with experience in manufacturing
Experience:
Must have experience in a manufacturing environment. Also, experience in a food, beverage or clean manufacturing environment. Some experience with PLC's and heavy automation. Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills. Ability to coach, develop and influence change in employees. Salary:
