Assists scheduling of all ultrasound procedures and assures patients are seen in a timely manner.
Sets up ultrasound equipment and performs ultrasound procedure as necessary on all patients.
The technologist is responsible for patients of all ages.
Should be expert in caring for patient populations specific to their primary area of responsibility.
Employee may be required to perform procedures on pediatric or geriatric patients and will be expected to be alert to special needs and behaviors of both of these patient populations.
