Job Details:
The Registered Nurse works in our pre-operative as well asimmediate post-anesthesia Phase I and Phase II recovery areas, progressing patient s recovery per physician orders and protocols.
The nurse is responsible for monitoring airway, cardiac rhythm, neurologic and hemodynamic status, assessment of pain, and recognizing signs and symptoms of malignant hyperthermia among other responsibilities.
The PACU nurse is able to efficiently and effectively respond to any emergency in the post anesthesia phase of the adult or pediatric patient.
Must have at least one year of acute care experience.

Current CA RN License Required
Experience:
1-2 years in an acute care/ICU setting preferred.
