Job Description A small, upscale Bed & Breakfast and Restaurant is looking for a General Manager on one of the most striking and peaceful parts of the Mendocino Coast.
Recently renovated, the goal of this historic property is to become known as a wonderful gathering place, not just in Mendocino County, or Northern California, but nationally.
The client is looking for a hard-working collaborative leader who brings strong experience in successful hotel room operations, sales, and food & beverage.
Compensation:
$55k-$65k Work across a diverse operation that includes B&B lodging, restaurant, banquets, catering, lobby bar, and lounge.
Implement comprehensive training program and continuously increase the level of service.
Be an active member of the community and genuine hospitality enthusiast! In addition applicants should have At least 5
years of boutique hotel General Manager experience.
Familiar with an upscale Bed & Breakfast or Inn environment.
Proven success in driving room revenue and restaurant administration.
