Job Description Compensation:
Commensurate with experience.
PT/FT:
Full time.
Hours:
40 hours a week.
Exact hours to be determined by Director of Rehab.
Experience Required:
New graduates may apply.

Education Requirements:
Must have a degree as a Physical Therapist.
Cert/Lic Required Must have a CA license or in the process of getting one.
Computer Skills Required:
Must be computer literate.
Matrix and Casamba programs are utilized.
We are in need of a physical therapist to see patients in this 80 bed skilled nursing facility.
You will have standard PT functions treating patients with cardiac conditions, post-surgical, stroke, fall risk, general orthopedic conditions and generalized weakness.
We are looking for a therapist who wants to commit to a great company and to a great facility for the long term.
